Plan for the week
Mon (7:30) - Track 800's. 4-10 efforts, 1-2 mins recoveries. I would encourage not having the recovery too short - at this time of year focus on the quality of the 800m efforts. Please be aware of track etiquette (as ever!). I am away.
Wed (various times) - Sunderland 5K. No otehr training scheduled. I may or may not get to the race.
Thurs (6:30) - Track (400). 8-12 x 400m efforts with 1:30 to 45s recoveries. I do (finally) intend to be around for this session!!
