Plan for the week
Mon (7:30) - Hills. Cottingwood Lane. 10X 1:30 uphill then back down in 2:00.
Wed - HANDICAP (last one of the winter!!). 5K around Lancaster Park. 6.30pm at the hut for a 6.50pm start. Let Kevin Bray know if you intend to run (firstname.lastname@example.org)
Thurs (6:30) - Track speed session. 3 sets of - 400m, 300m, 200m, 100m with 100m walk/jog recoveries. Extra 200m slow recovery between sets.
I plan to be around on Monday and Wednesday but am likely to be away on Thursday. Since it is a track session on Thursday, it will be important for somebody in the group to take responsibility and speak to other coaches up at the try (e.g. Eddie). One of these coaches will need to lock up at the end of the evening, so it is important that our group are not last and left on the track when everybody else has gone. Eddie is usually very helpful if he knows what you are doing, so PLEASE make sure you talk to him.
