Plan for the week
Mon (7:30) - 45's St Georges Park. Round the hospital; 4 sets of 45s effort, 45s recovery. Extra 1:30 between sets (so new set starts 2:15 after last effort of previous set).
Wed (7:30) - Tynedale 10K. No session planned
Thurs (6:30) - Steads. Fartlek - effort up the hills.
Currently, as things stand, I am not sure that I will make any session this week.
