Plan for the week
Mon (7:30) - Track 400's.  8-12 x 400m efforts with 1:30 to 45s recoveries
Wed (6:30) - Tempo Lancaster Park
Thurs (6:30) - 4's and 2's Stobhill


Amazingly I'm around all week (fingers crossed)!!

    want to get faster.
    I provide sessions that a broad range of athletes
