![]() Morpeth Harriers & AC President Jim Alder, continues to make good progress following a heart procedure, which required several hours in theatre in the Freeman Hospital on Thursday 14th December. Although the procedure was lengthy, thankfully Jim should be able to return home soon for further rest, and hopes to be back at the club soon. Messages of Best Wishes have been received from various quarters within our sport, and we are sure that all members would wish to add to those wishes for a very speedy recovery, adding Seasonal Greetings to both him, and his Wife Kathleen, and Close Family following a most trying and testing period during his absence and incapacity.

Hi Neil, Jim is now back home, having a quiet Xmas following his stay in hospital, surprisingly turned up at our clubhouse last Monday, after being discharged following an oblation, hoping to catch up with him at our New Years Day Road Race, where he is still down to drive the lead car, with appreciation have left him to spend some quality family time, I am sure he will appreciate your concerns, which I will pass on when I next speak with him. George.
