Over 55 Morpeth Harrier Ben Harding secured an excellent double win as the fastest in his age group at the fourth meeting of the NEMAA Track and Field League, held at Jarrow's Monkton Stadium on the evening of Monday 6th July.
He won the 300m by posting a superb new personal best time of 40.8s, and against a strong headwind.
Harding also was the fastest in his age group in the 200m, with a time of 25.8s, again wrestling with a strong headwind.
