Several Morpeth harriers took to the hills at the weekend. Nicola McCoy completed the mammoth Lakeland 100 and finished 2nd in her category.
Crossing the finish line in 38hr:10m.
She was 369th overall and 83rd in the women’s race.
Lindsey Quinn ran the ‘shorter’ Lakeland 50 and was 400th overall (108th female) finishing in 13hr:13m.
Cat MacDonald travelled south to Oldham to run the Alderman’s Ascent, an English Fell Race Championship Counter. She finished ninth in 48m07s.
