![]() For the second time in seven days, Morpeth Harrier Andrew Lawrence was a first finisher in one of the nations Park Runs on Saturday 31st October 2015. On a family visit the London based bank worker took part in the Whitley Bay event, where he came home in 16m34s, just fourteen seconds adrift of his best on the 5k circuit. Other Morpeth Harriers in action at Whitley Bay were Paul Brown and Mick Skeldon, who finished 16th and 24th in respective times of 18m41s and 19m11s. Meanwhile at Druridge, Morpeth Harriers had double first placers, in the form of John Butters, who was first man in 17m02s on his first run on the course, and Abby Sheldon, who was first Woman in 23rd place overall in 22m11s. Other prominent Morpeth Harriers finishers at Druridge were Tim Miley (3rd) 18m53s, Mark Snowball (4th) 18m58s, Graeme Leathard (20th) 21m53s, and Damian Foster (21st) 21m55s. Comments are closed.
